- 要求：有毅力、认真、刻苦努力。做研究有时候是枯燥而且困难的，在科研路上希望你不追寻“快餐”结果；在项目和学习中你能积极推动研究的进展；有一定的英语基础，能够阅读英语论文。
- 提供实验设备，如电脑、服务器和必要的会议差旅。根据个人表现和项目组的经费情况，适当发放劳务费。
